Subject:New HarmonySite feature: Account page

Dear HarmonySite Administrator,

 

A new "webmasters-only" page has been added to your HarmonySite, called "HarmonySite Account".  On this page, you can view details from our own client and accounting database, including...

 

·         The status of your HarmonySite (active, trial, etc), including the start date.

·         The details of the person that we consider to be the primary contact for your group, including their name, email address and phone number.  All regular correspondence from us will be sent to this person.

·         A list of the annual services we provide for you (such as your HarmonySite subscription, backup service, unlimited space option, domain name management/renewal, etc).  For each one, we list the annual cost and the date that you are currently paid up until.

·         A list of any invoices that we have raised for your group.  If any of the invoices is outstanding, there's a link that allows you to pay the invoice, via credit card or PayPal.  Note that this only includes invoices since October 2016, when we moved our own internal accounting system to a new cloud-based system.  Earlier invoices are not available on the new page.

 

Find a link to this new page in the "Administration" box once you've logged into your main Members page.  The link is called "HarmonySite Account".  Please review all details on this new page and advise us of anything that looks incorrect.
